These 0.635 mm pitch arrays feature extreme performance to 112 Gbps PAM4 and an open-pin-field design for grounding and routing flexibility. This cost-optimized solution features up to 400 total pins (roadmap to 1,000+) in a low 5 mm stack height (and up to 10 mm), with data rate compatibility to PCIe® 6.0/CXL® 3.1 and 100 GbE.
