Samtec FQSFP Cable on Xilinx VCU118 Development Kit

This demonstration from Samtec features its Flyover QSFP cable (HDR-193805-01-ECUE), working in tandem with Xilinx VCU118 FPGA Development Kit. The twinax cable “flies over” lossy PCB traces for improved signal integrity, features backwards capability with all QSFP cable assemblies and can attain speeds of up to 28 Gbps. Flyover cables can prove to be ideal for applications such as 100 & 400G Ethernet Networks, telecom, and high-speed networking.
